Orthopedic thinking has monopolized medicine since the late 19th century, while neuroscientists Jean Pierre and Regine Roll have demonstrated the uniqueness of the striated muscle system since the late 1970s. The skeletal, chewing and eye muscles together with the deep fascia and the skin form a single system with very specific rules of conduct. Man is a cybernetic machine that changes as a result of recent experiences, today we know that the rules of intervention in the system bring him back into balance. This is a global postural reprogramming.

After 7 years of study at the Medical Faculty of Marseille, in 1974 he successfully took part in a competition at the boarding school of the teaching hospitals, in 1979 he became an assistant at the teaching hospitals. In 1980 he was awarded the Gold Medal of Teaching Hospitals. He has been working as an orthopedist and posturologist since 1981 and is trying to make the method known in as many countries as possible.
